Swale View
2 Bed Apartment (sleeps 4)
Swaleview is our 2 bed roomed apartment with beautiful views overlooking the River Swale. Featuring the entrance hall, open plan lounge diner/kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and colour TV. There is a double and a twin bedroom, shower room with toilet and shaver point. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Honeysuckle Cottage
2 Bed Cottage (sleeps 4)
Honey suckle Cottage is a south facing recently restored luxury 2 bedroom cottage overlooking the river Swale. It has Calor gas central heating throughout so also cosy for winter breaks, ideal romantic breaks or family holidays. Available full week, mid week, or long weekends. Sleeps maximum of 4 people.
Situated close to the banks of the River Swale on the edge of the Caravan Park, a quiet private location midway between Richmond (2 miles) and Brompton-on-swale.
The property is in the ideal location to explore the Dales and the Moors, easy driving to many places including Darlington, Northallerton, Harrogate.
There are many Country Houses and places of interest to visit.
- Comprising, hallway leading to fully equipped brand new kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, separate lounge and diner with large sofa and sofa bed, colour television.
- Dining area has large dining table seating 6 with patio doors leading to a private garden with patio.
- Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with cast iron bedstead with window seat over looking the river.
- Second bedroom has twin beds also with window seat over looking the river.
Glamping Pods
Timber Pod (sleeps up to 4)
The Pod is a timber built, insulated hut designed to be used just like a tent but unlike a tent it is already setup on the site, ready for you to move in! With no tent to erect or pack away in the rain your holiday could just have become a lot less stressful.
Each Pod has plenty of headroom and a floor area of approximately 7 square metres – ample space for 2 people or even 2 adults and 2 children.
The Pod is designed to accommodate the variable British weather with ample ventilation for the hot days and lamb’s wool insulation for those chillier times – a wooden ‘tent’ for all seasons. A Pod offers a high level of security than a canvas tent.
All you need to bring is your camping gear – minus the tent. The Pods are completely empty on arrival. They have a light wood interior. Those staying in a Pod can take advantage of all the other site facilites.

- One nights stay with electric – £50
- Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday (based on a 2 night stay).
- Parkview sleeps maximum of 3 and Swaleview maximum of 4.
A non returnable deposit of £50.00 will secure the booking. Final payment to be made 14 days prior to commencement of holiday. We reserve the right to re-book if payment is not received.
